Muizenberg's Sunrise Villas make seaside living affordable
Sunrise Villas, the Multi Spectrum Property (MSP) Group’s latest development in the coastal suburb of Muizenberg in Cape Town, is on track with construction for completion in June 2010.Designed by architects Jacob Walters & Associates and built by MSP Construction, the apartment complex, with an estimated R45-million building cost, comprises six blocks of four storeys each. According to property developer, MSP Group, the 450 basis point interest rate cut seen since December 2008, have bolstered confidence in the residential property investment market.
